Our Aims: 

  • To enable patients in the final stages of life to be cared for at home and to die at home if that it their choice 
  • To address the physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs of patients, families and carers 
  • To work collaboratively and in partnership with local providers of end of life care 
  • To safeguard the financial health of the charity and ensure that it is able to provide the appropriate services free of charge 
  • To comply with best practice in both corporate and clinical governance 
  • To provide education and training programmes to enhance the quality of end of life care locally

A recent campaign (launched end of February 2017) is to assist with the cost of artwork and reprinting of stationery for the following items for the Paul Sartori Foundation (PSF):

  1. Letterheads and Compliment Slips
  2. Business Cards
  3. Patient Information Pack – A4 interlocking Folders (Distributed to all patients, seen by associated health professionals, family members and carers)
  4. Service Leaflet – A5 4 page + flap (Distributed at all events, community presentations, to patients, families, carers, volunteers, fundraisers, local businesses and any interested party)
  5. Donation Box Labels (Distributed to shops, pubs, local businesses and used for house to house collections)
  6. General Information Folders (Used to distribute key information to all stakeholders)

Each item, a collection of items or all items can be sponsored by an individual or business.  Paul Sartori Foundation would welcome the agreed sponsor to have their logo on the item(s) they agree to sponsor.
